Out of state candidates will not be considered. Some travel is required.

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are a stable and growth-oriented international market research firm located in Norcross. We seek an experienced Sales or Marketing Account Manager who is fluent in Spanish and English to act as a liaison to our international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Communications: Facilitate communications between Shop’n Chek Worldwide and our international licensees, to include translation of Spanish and English. Maintain and update content on company international intranet
· Marketing: Perform research and assist international clients with marketing efforts. Deliver weekly updates to each client regarding their projects. Consult with each client on data analysis, the application of services provided and trends.
· Sales: Assist with business development activities, attend client meetings, ensure deliverables are met.
· Legal: Perform research and assist with contract renewal, contract compliance and licensing.
· Project Management: Responsible for ensuring client projects are set-up, executed and delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and within Shop'n Chek’s established quality guidelines.
· Training: Plan and organize training for licensees.
· Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by providing world-class customer service.
· Events: Assist with meeting and event planning.
· Organization: Maintain the files, documentation and organization of the International Department
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in international business or marketing.
· Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
· Prior executive assistant experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
· A minimum of three years of experience working with international companies or clients.
· Self-starter with strong project management or customer service experience.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Superior organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
